Hospitality management · Founding venues, 2026

Run the whole house from one hub.

Tips, counts, invoices, events, schedules, staff and tenants, in one place, on the iPad behind the bar and the phone in your pocket. It reads from the POS and posts to the books you already run. Start with the Hub. Add only the packs you use.

Built by an operator with decades in hospitality who runs venues every day. Now opening to a small group of founding venues.

Who it's for
Owner-operators and GMs of bars, taprooms, restaurants, nightlife and event venues, and food halls.
How it's sold
Per venue, per month. Unlimited staff. Start with the Hub, add packs one at a time.
How it starts
A small group of founding venues, onboarded personally by the operator who built it.
Connectors

Bring the tools you already run.

LastRound reads from and writes to the systems you've already chosen. You connect them yourself, in minutes, and they stay yours.

Square
Sales, labor and catalog flow in every night. Tap lists and menu maps can flow back out.
QuickBooks Online
Journal entries, invoices and A/R post to your books. P&L reads straight from them.
7shifts
Schedules and labor come in for forecasting, attendance and the shift ledger.
Tripleseat
Existing events stay in Tripleseat if you want them there; LastRound reads alongside.
Google Calendar
Appointment booking and manager availability, on the calendars you already keep.

PIN roles for shared devices

Unlimited staff. Six role tiers and permission groups, so a bartender, a supervisor and an owner each see exactly their part of the house on the same iPad.

Installs like an app

iPad, iPhone, desktop. Full screen from the home screen, no app store, no per-device fees.

Your venue, your database

Every venue runs on its own isolated database. Nothing is pooled with anyone else's data.

Your brand on it

Logo, colors, theme, custom domain. Proposals, invoices and emails go out looking like you.

Bar time, not clock time

A 1:40 am sale counts for the night before. Business-day boundaries are yours to set, per weekday.

Your data stays yours

CSV out of the modules you live in, and a full export of everything on demand. If you leave, you leave with everything.

Founding venues

Onboarded by the operator who built it.

The first venues on LastRound don't get a signup form and a help center. They get a working session, a hub built with them, and a direct line for as long as they're on it.

01

Request access

Tell us about the venue: what you run, what you're on, what hurts. We reply within a business day.

02

A working session

Forty-five minutes on your numbers and your week, not a demo. We decide together which packs you actually need.

03

Built with you

Connectors, staff, roles, your brand and your packs, set up together in your first week. You're running by the second.

04

Run it, shape it

Direct access to the people who built it. What the first venues need next is what gets built next.

Questions

The ones operators ask first.

Which POS does it work with?

Square, deeply: sales, labor, employees, catalog, hourly breakdowns. Toast and Clover are on the roadmap. If you run one of them, say so when you request access; the first venues decide what comes first.

How many users can we add?

As many as you have. Staff sign in with a PIN on shared devices; owners and managers get their own logins. There are no per-seat fees.

We have more than one venue.

Each venue gets its own hub and its own isolated database, with its own packs. A second venue is priced at 25% off — ask when you request access. Group roll-ups are on the roadmap.

Is there a contract?

Monthly or annual, per venue. Change your packs any month. Cancel any time and export everything.

Is it a POS or payroll system?

No. It sits above them: it reads from your POS, posts to your books, and runs everything in between that used to live in spreadsheets, binders and group texts.

Who built it?

An operator with decades in hospitality who owns and runs venues today, and uses LastRound to run them. It is the software we wished we could have bought.

Request access

Tell us about the house.

A few lines about the venue is enough. We read every request and reply personally within a business day.

  • No card, no trial timer, no automated sequence.
  • Spots are limited so onboarding stays personal.
  • Not a fit yet? We'll say so, and tell you what's coming.
